Adventurers Guild Inc. is a tycoon/management game where you build your Guild from the ground up! Hire staff, post quests, and fulfill the needs of independent adventurers (while taking a cut). Manage your budget, grow your reputation, and become the greatest Guild Master of all!

Each day begins with you in charge. Review the situation, plan your guild's activities, assign staff, pick quests and order maintenance, but choose wisely. Once orders are given there is no turning back! Time flows, money pours in, adventurers scramble and reports pile up. Whatever unfolds, you’ll have to answer for it all at the next board meeting!

• 4 phases/day (night, morning, afternoon,evening) each with a distinct focus.

• Cyclical events (weekly recruitment day, monthly board review, etc.)

• Temporary Events and dilemmas linked to the world state

Nothing says 'guild management' like handling a mountain of client requests! Negotiate with world factions, let your staff transform their problems into adventurers' quests, and publish the most urgent, lucrative, or prestigious jobs. Launch a slime study for the Academy or exterminate those disgusting creatures to turn their loot into valuable equipment. It's all standard procedure!

• Tasks are discovered by completing exploration quests

• Factions make requests (based on tasks) that are processed into quests.

• Choose which quest to post and how to maximise their appeal to adventurers (marketing, quest type, etc.)

From battle-hardened warriors to rogues with questionable hygiene, each adventurer brings something unique (if not always pleasant) to your guild. Invest in amenities, expand quest offerings, or get… creative. Whether it’s a seminar on ‘Choosing the Right Quest’ or a touch of magical brainwashing, it’s all for the greater good!

• No direct control over adventurers but you can influence them depending on your needs.

• You have to learn to know them: testing, time and technological advancements will be required, especially if you aim to uncover hidden potential like the coveted "hero" trait!

• The strongest adventurer might not always be the right choice for your guild! Synergies, factions requests, events and many other elements might make you question whether the most powerful is indeed the right choice or not.

Manage hundreds of unique adventurers, 75 quest types, 24 upgradeable facilities, and over 120 technologies. Watch your small guild grow into a world-shaping enterprise in a fantastical, low-tech world brimming with humor and magic.

• Pseudo logical scaling (slow and steady) : rewards for delivering goods or killing a dragon are orders of magnitudes apart! (literally from a dozens of coins to hundreds of thousands)

• The TRUE size of an Adventurers Guild : you are handling several hundreds of adventurers and for this you will need, staff, facilities and technologies to follow. This is a pseudo-realistic sim based 19th century corporations, with a fantasy and comedic twists.

Balance your budget and keep your reputation as pristine as possible as your decisions ripple across the realm. Make the right friends and the wrong enemies....or accidentally annoy everyone at once. Will you help train the next generation of heroes or pocket the profits and flee town? Each town offers a fresh start, new sponsors, and plenty of questionable opportunities!

• Your Guild, your way : the path to sucess is up to you! You can stay diversified but never master anything or specialise toward certain adventurers, quests or factions at the risk of completely locking out other options.

• Meta game progression ensure an experience each time : different, easier, harder or more in line with your vision of an ideal adventurers Guild.
